Guangyuan project triumphantly completed under the struggle of the project team
The pipelines of this project located in the mountainous area of Sichuan province with a big dropping variance, and the biggest variance reaches more than 550m. The number of the subsections of a single pipe with a diameter 1016m could reach sixteen. The roads and paths in the mountainous area are rugged, and a lot of the construction sites lie in the mountaintop, and the earth roads and cliffs made it quite a hard work. The rain season of Sichuan province rains almost every day. The ceaseless rain made the roads and paths slippery left the road up to the mountain flooded destroyed or blocked by rainwater or landslides. After or during the rainy days, the rivers suddenly rose with a lot of stones fell from the cliffs beside the paths. So the rainy weather and result chain reaction caused a lot of huge difficulties and dangers to the transportation and the safety in construction of the project. The construction schedule is limited. By the requirement of the proprietor, the ZhongguiΦ1016 pipeline must be completed and put into operation on the day, June 30th, however multiple the jobs are. At the time the testing pressure of the pipeline is quite high with the design pressure of the Φ1016 pipeline reaching 10.0Mpa, Φ610 reaching 11.0Mpa.
In order to fulfill the schedule of the project, all of the members of the project department devoted into the project with great attention and effect. During the most intensive phase of the project, the hardworking team with a majority of the team workers fighting day and night without a stop to rest in the bed of a couple of days successfully completed the project, until pressure testing and drying of the Φ1016 pipeline completed.
All the members of Guangyuan project department, with the spirits of duty fulfillment and fearless of danger and difficulty surely made quite great contribution to the successful completion of the project. Almost every member of the team should be praised. Pan Yinhe as the person in charge of the Dongxi river machine set burdened himself with the installation of the pipeline nearby, and the principal of the Huilong river station, Liu Chunshui is responsible. Zhanghua, as the technician, not only successfully fulfilled his own job - contract and get in touch with the supervisor and owner, and compile and submission of the project document needed- but also helped the workers finish the installation job initiatively. And a lot of workers also did a good job, such as Liang Jiliang, Zhao Guanghui, Wang Zhenyao, Wang Yuankun, Gao Zhixun, Chen Gangjie, Guan Qiangyang, Chen Jixue, Wang Haipeng, Xuezhen, and so on.
As soon as transferred from Tianshui project to Guangyuan, Zhang Enshi plunged into work day and nigh. And at the most critical point, Chief Depu Shang Guangbo and Chief Depu Wu Zhanjie, and other department heads, Zhang Suozhu, Chen Baosheng, Cao shidong, Yangduo, Wang Zhihong, and the elites of the pressure testing company came to help successively; other company leaders and functional divisions of the company also helped a lot, thanks to all of them. Without their help and supports and everybody’s effects, the contraction tasks can never be completed satisfactory and fulfill the requirement of the owner that put into operation on schedule.
